My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and quiet, but in great need of updates, and unfortunately, my floor was under complete construction. The service was top-notch with friendly and professional staff, although the dining options were not very appetizing. The location was ideal, close to the downtown area but marred by panhandlers. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel did provide good value for the money.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and comfy, and I loved the sound machines that helped block out the downtown noises. The staff provided exceptional service, professional and accommodating at every turn. The location couldn't have been better, with everything I needed just a short walk away. The dining experience was top-notch with delicious options, but there were a few hiccups. Overall, a great value for the money.
